What Is the Research Foundation for Health and Environmental Effects?

The Research Foundation for Health and Environmental Effects (RFHEE) is a public foundation consisting of three program areas:

  • Scientific research on chlorinated compounds;

  • Water Relief Network® to improve access to safe drinking water around the globe;

  • Balanced Minds science and risk education to help students learn how to evaluate environmental issues.

of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions, gifts or bequests made to the RFHEE
